As a mentor, he contributes to the development of technological and social startups managed by the Vodafon Laboratory Foundation.
Aleš has a long and proven working history in journalism, diplomacy and in various capacities in a private sector, be it an agency consulting or an in-house leading positions. Among others, Aleš served as a spokesman of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as a Consul General of the Czech Republic in New York. The ADHOG industrial poet with punk behaviour, hysterical clinging to quality and the principle of never lying to the client, has been working for more than 16 years in branding, communication strategies, ideological concepts. She also likes to focus on consultation and training.

název projektu: Vzdělávání zaměstanců společnosti ADHOG Advertising s.r.o. reg.č.projektu: CZ.03.1.52/0.0/0.0/19_097/0012018 anotace: Cílem projektu je proškolit zaměstnance společnosti ADHOG Advertising s.r.o. v sérií kurzů za měřených na měkké dovedností (obchodních a prezenčních dovednosti) a kurzů zaměřených na dovednosti Obecného IT. Celkem bude do projektu zapojeno 12 zaměstnanců, 3 z nich jsou osoby ve věku nad 54 let. Celkem 12 osob přesáhne bagatelní podporu. Projekt bude realizován 24 měsíců a to ve Středočeském kraji.
